LEARN TO BBQ LIKE A PRO!
Let us show you how to step up your backyard cooking! Our one-day class is led by award-winning pit master, Kit Rudd, of the Degüello BBQ Competition Team. You will use many of Shawn’s techniques and sauces to perfect your BBQ capabilities and enjoy a flavorful lunch consisting of the day’s cooking. Kit also shares some of the skills that have won him State Championships in Virginia and Maryland, as well as several awards in the Jack Daniel’s World Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg, TN and the American Royal World Series of Barbeque in Kansas City, MO.
Classes are held at 3698 Dockside Drive, Warrenton, VA 20187. Classes will start at 9:00 am and will finish early afternoon. The dates are February 10, March 10, and April 7, 2018.
The $75 fee includes instruction and getting to eat what we cook. You can pay by PayPal at firstname.lastname@example.org or sign up/pay in person in Culpeper or Warrenton. Just let us know the name of the person and what date(s) you desire to attend. Dates are first come first served.
